* My presentation is titled "Projects initiated in the institutions: lessons to be learned".

I intend to present my view of lessons learned about managing big programmes, where government, agencies and industry work together within the frame of their respective roles in order to optimise the use of the country's resources.

* I will use our indigenous programme JAS 39 as the example of a project initiated within an institution like my own organisation.

I will also underline that even if JAS 39 is a Swedish product, it's an example of a co-operation project with many countries and many companies involved.
